Smooth Power Private Limited is a Ghaziabad-based manufacturer of LED drivers, power supplies and surge protection devices — trusted by lighting brands, OEMs and electrical distributors across India for over 17 years.
Smooth Power started in 2008 as a small LED driver assembly unit in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Back then, reliable, high-PF drivers at a fair price were hard to find for India's growing LED industry — so we built our own. Every driver that left the line had to survive our test jig, our surge bench and our thermal chamber before it was packed.
Seventeen years later, that same rule still stands. What's changed is the scale: today we ship isolated and non-isolated drivers, flicker-free and dimmable variants, outdoor drivers, strip drivers, and SPDs — all built inside our own plant at GD Steel Compound, Site-IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area.
In 2025 we opened the online store you're reading this on, so that the same drivers we supply to OEMs — plus a full range of Arduino boards, sensors, modules and electronic components — are now available to electricians, integrators, makers and small workshops across India. Our plant at Sahibabad Industrial Area runs SMT and through-hole assembly lines for our driver range, plus in-house testing benches: burn-in, high-voltage, surge, thermal and PF/THD measurement. Every Smooth Power driver is 100% electrically tested before it's boxed — which is why we back them with a 2-year warranty as standard.
